Pear-004 is a digital therapeutic for the treatment of psychotic disorders. Pear-004 has not been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is available with a prescription from a treating clinician. Pear-004 is being made available under FDA guidance.

Pear-004 provides support in setting and achieving weekly goals as well as learning skills to help manage symptoms and challenges associated with psychotic disorders (limited to: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I/II with psychotic features and depression with psychotic features). Pear-004 is comprised of a patient-facing application and clinician-facing web interface.
