Most training plans are way too prescriptive, inflexible, and leave you feeling un-motivated. Kudo Coach is different – it gives you simple to follow weekly goals that adapt to your busy life.
The pros might have 8 hours a day to train – but you probably don’t. Kudo Coach looks at how much time you spend on the bike each week, and builds an easy to follow training plan.
Kudo Coach adapts your training plan to make the best use of your precious time.
How it works
Ride indoors or outside with Kudo Coach on your handlebars. Kudo Coach connects to your Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate monitors, power meters, speed/cadence devices and smart trainers.
Either log your rides with Kudo Coach, or by linking to another training service, and your efforts will be analysed and used to adapt your training plan.
Kudo Coach monitors your heart rate or power for each training session and calculates a Training Load. The Training Load is a combination of the session’s duration and intensity, which gives us a better idea of the training stress your body has experienced.
A weekly training plan is then built based on your recent weekly Training Load. The training plan is broken down using Periodisation which is a tried and tested training technique used to break down your plan into periods. Each period is designed to prepare you for the next training period , and ultimately your event.
